Mireille FULPIUS

French - swiss Land art artist

Born in 1951

French-Swiss

She is well known for her modular installations built from cut wood, acacia, oak or poplar.

In her workshop, situated in an old, industrial zone, she elaborates temporary structures with all the know how of a carpenter coexisting with an architect and a designer.

The judicious assembly of thin sliced wood strips gives birth to innovative and dynamique works harmoniously integrated with the contours of the mountains and valleys of the Swiss Alps.
